This Jackson DISHSTAR LT-H DishStar® undercounter dishmachine washes 30 racks per hour with 34.8 gallons of water. Each automatic cycle is 2 minutes and uses 1.16 gallons of water per rack. Its low-temperature sanitization system features a built-in sustaining heater and uses chemicals to ensure glasses and dishes are thoroughly sanitized. Built-in chemical pumps and priming switches deliver the appropriate amount of detergent and chemicals. When chemical and detergent levels are low, an indicator light notifies employees it’s time to refill these products. This unit’s fill-and-dump design drains wash water and refills it with fresh rinse water, while its tank fills automatically to reduce manual tasks.
